Celeb breakups

Lately, it seems like celebs are breaking up as often as pre-teen girls (and probably their moms) view Justin Bieber's "Baby" video on Youtube. To make matters worse, most of these breakups happened to couples who have been together for years and seemed inseparable. Here are a few of the most recent Hollywood romances to end.

Courtney Cox and David Arquette

-She was tired of being his mother. He went on Howard Stern and said way too much. Now these two are ending their marriage of 11 years. Despite all of this, the couple remain friends (no pun intended).

Vicki and Don Gunvalson

-Just over a year after their July 2009 wedding vow renewal the Real Housewives of OC couple are filing for divorce after 16 years of marriage. As a huge fan of the show, I was especially sad to hear this news. Maybe Andy Cohen can set up some sort of counseling session on Watch What Happens Live! (probably a bad idea). 

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley

-After 3 years, the Gossip Girl couple has said XOXO to their relationship. Personally, I think there is hope for a rekindling of this romance. They seem to keep things private when it comes to relationships, which may be just the sort of "un-Hollywood" thing to bring them back together. 

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus

-The parents of the Miley/Hannah Montana have called it quits after 17 years of marriage. What used to be a picture of wholesome happiness has turned sour...kind of like their daughter's image once she left Disney behind. 

Tis a sad time in Hollywood. Breakups suck. Especially when you are a celeb. On the bright side, these two are still going strong. <- sarcasm. I am the captain of Team Sandy.
